Refund policy for Jobseekers-Allowance.org
If you are not fully satisfied with the telephone service provided, simply complete the below form to request a refund.
You will be refunded £0.05 per minute for the full duration of the call. You will be required to post a copy of your phone bill detailing the call to the number, and the total duration.
A refund cheque will be issued to the account holder of the phone number, at the address detailed on the phone bill.
Refunds will only be issued for calls made in the last 60 days.
